Where are the interviews filmed?
We will do a site visit ahead of the shoot to determine the ideal location on site for filming. The location will be within the retirement village so residents don’t have to travel.
Who are the videos for?
The edited videos will be given to each resident to keep and decide with whom they would like to share them. They can be shared with family and friends if they would like.
How will the interviews work?
Each interview will run for a max of 30 minutes. The interviewee will be given the option to answer questions about their life or they can choose to discuss a specific story that they would like to share. Questions will be shared ahead of time so that they are able to prepare. Any photos that they would like included in the videos should be brought on the day so they can be recorded for editing.
What should I wear?
Avoid wearing bold or distracting patterns. Ideally a blouse or shirt that will allow for easy microphone placement.
